Should Democrats and Reform Party form a coalition in Mississippi?
In the 1st and 3rd districts Democrats aren't even running candidates against the Republicans. In the 2nd and 4th districts there are very few differences between the positions of the conservative Democrats and the Reform Party candidates running against them!

With a joint coalition, Democrats could nominate the Reform Party candidates in districts where they failed to run challengers...and winning Democrats endorsed by the Reform Party would also be considered to be winning candidates by the Reform Party. Essentially every Democrat endorsed by the Reform Party would be considered a Reform Democrat. This arrangement may eventually be used to win seats back in the State Senate, and perhaps could even win back the Governorship or one of the U.S. Senate seats. But without the help of the Reform Party, one-party oppression in Mississippi will only inflict more pain for the coming decades.
