Blunt shows lack of compassion (surprise!!)
Budget cuts put the needy in peril

Since taking office in January, Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt has shown a discouraging lack of compassion for the vulnerable who depend on state government's help.

His budget proposals could leave people who have disabilities without wheelchairs and prosthetic limbs, and homeless children without adoptive families.

Children, the working poor and Missourians with mental illnesses and physical disabilities would be disproportionately hurt by Blunt's $1.1 billion in state and federal budget cuts, which are now moving through the legislature.

Last week, things got worse.

2. Yes it does
and Blunt's Karma really sucks. That's the only thing that gives me pleasure these days when I think of this idiot who was elected to govern the state.

4. I don't think he has lived long enough to know much about
compassion.

5. It has nothing to do with his age
He's a year older than I am, if I remember correctly.

And I sure wouldn't be cutting programs for the poor.
