Blunt Awards State Contracts to His Ethics Charge Co-Defendant
Being co-defendants in an ethics violation enforcement case has apparently brought Matt Blunt and his Highway Commission appointee, Mike Kehoe, closer together.

On August 31st, the Blunt Administration quietly awarded two lucrative state contracts to Kehoe for auto repair and auto parts.

Frequent readers of Fired Up Missouri will recall that Blunt and Kehoe are the targets of a Missouri Ethics Commission enforcement action. The action focuses on Blunt accepting and not reporting an illegal in-kind contribution from Kehoe.
