Let's talk about our next KC area meetup

The third Wed is the 21st which is so close to Xmas that a lot of us probably have other plans. So I was thinkin (I do that once in awhile) that we should pick a new date this month.

We could move it up a week to the 14th or we could pick a new night all together. Let me know what you guys think and let's try to make a decision this week before all of our social calendars fill up.

BTW, check out this thread and pics in the lounge. evlbstrd and I went to see mopaul's band last night and they were terrific! We would like to work up a gathering to go back the first Fri in January. We can maybe even have an agenda at our meetup and have this be an item of business.

I looked at the 2004 info and noticed the paucity of information about media outlets in Kansas. That's as much as I got to look at before I had to get back to work.

Tomorrow - for the same reason you have the day off - I have the husband home all day and he can be quite the taskmaster. Today we got more done (in fact I just got finished with some work) than we have in some time because we were "trapped" in the house. I can try to do some this weekend (after the KU game ;)) depending on the outcome of the game.

No matter what I'll add to it what I can.

Hubby is teaching from 8 to 9 p.m. It's a make-up session from last week and I don't think he can reschedule. If he can't drive us in I may not be able to go - hint, hint.

I got lucky and my jury duty was cancelled. No chance of being sequestered and missing my deadline.
