CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT NO. 2: Shall the Constitution be amended to allow and set limitations on stem cell research, therapies and cures, including a ban on human cloning? — YES

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT NO. 3: Shall the Constitution be amended to create a Healthy Future Trust Fund to reduce and prevent tobacco use, and to increase funding for health-care access for low-income individuals, financed by higher cigarette and tobacco taxes? — YES

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT NO. 6: Shall the Constitution be amended to exempt taxes on real and personal property used for activities of veterans’ organizations? — NO

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT NO. 7: Shall the Constitution be amended to require a two-thirds majority vote of the General Assembly to change or disapprove the salary recommendations of the Missouri Citizens’ Commission on Compensation for Elected Officials? — N O

1. Jason Holsman for Mo 45th
Jason is the only name on the ballot, but a fundamentalist group (International House of Prayer) launched a last-minute stealth campaign to leverage the No-on-2 vote for a write-in victory. It could work only because lots of people don't bother to vote in races where only one name is on the ballot.

The Star might have thought the same, and so didn't bother to endorse Jason.

Jason *is* a Democrat.
