What's the most valuable thing Show Me'ers can do Tuesday?
Many of us know.
Many of us have plans.
I understand.... But I do know where you can help!

If you are anywhere close to St. Charles County, Missouri, they can use your help. All part, or some of the day.

Any of you who can be present outside the polling places, or available as "interested citizens" to watch the counting of the ballots in St. Charles County, PLEASE COME HELP!!

I'll explain why on the 8th, but anyone close enough to slide on over to St Charles is NEEDED! With eyes WIDE OPEN! And with a very Democratic vehicle, or clothes, or whatever. St. Charles needs to see True Blue citizens... as many as possible. So if you're close enough to slip on over for a while, do so (the election news will be on your car radio, so there should be no Election Drama Withdrawal for any of us.

It is particularly important to overwhelm the number of GOP people at the last precinct (170th, I think) at St. Peters. That is where the absentee ballots will be counted on Nov. 7th. The provisionals being counted the following days. But check the newspapers.

We really need to be watching St. Charles as if it was ready to melt, particularly the precinct (St. Peters) where the absentees are counted. Shining as much light, by as many people, as possible.

One hint, 'cause your curiosity deserves all I can tell. The Election Director of St. Charles County is a Republican named "Rich Chrismer". Rich Chrismer, as in the father of Senator Jim Talent's campaign director, who is also named Rich Chrismer!!

There have been calls for him to step down, due to an "apparent conflict of interest", but it seems unlikely the SoS will act in time for the election. After the election it will be too late. So, with the Democrats understaffed and outgunned, bodies and moral support are extremely important.

If you live within 150 to 200 miles, have voted early yourselves, it will be a lovely day for a drive! So consider it, please?

It would be like relieving the garrison at the Alamo! And we all "Remember the Alamo!!" And what better place to hear that Talent loses (that's providing we catch any electoral shenanigans) than in his own Daddy's Electoral Domain?

Better yet, anyone who can and will, please PM me and I will connect you. For reasons you will soon know, we need some really stout hearts down there that day!
