Missouri Governor: Democrat Nixon Leads by 15
No surprises in the latest polling on the Missouri governor’s race. A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey finds Attorney General Jay Nixon leading Congressman Kenny Hulshof by 15 percentage points 54% to 39%.

This result is little changed from a month ago and is the seventh consecutive monthly poll to show Nixon with a double digit lead.

Nixon is supported by 92% of Democrats and has a 17-point lead among the state’s unaffiliated voters. Eighty-one percent (81%) of Republicans say they will vote for Hulshof.

The Democratic attorney general leads by 23 percentage points among women and six points among men (see crosstabs).

It was all about oil. Let's drill for oil in Missouri. Let's build a refinery in Missouri.

Nothing at all about health care, education, foreclosures, job losses.

I threw it away, and now I wish I still had it because it was so bizarre I wonder if I dreamed it.

Yeah, let's forget about all the children without health care and instead let's add pollution and polluters and stinkin' oil barons to our many problems now that we're so dumbed down here and so impoverished that we wouldn't even care.

5. ADS
Seen the ads attacking jay Nixon for getting money from lawyers and Lawyers getting rich.Since when
do Republicans not like making money. And they may attack Lawyers but they sure hire abunch of them,
use them to help steal elections. Our economy Is In Shit, and people were thrown off Medicaid but
according to them all that matters Is going after the mean old lawyers.

And Republicans need to remember Jay Nixon has been attorney General for 16 years. He has had no
authority during that time to raise taxes.I know they always have to go on about how the mean old
Democrats will raise taxes but It streches credabilty saying that about the Attorney General.
