Anyone know of a reliable pet sitter in Las Vegas?
I'm moving to Vegas at the beginning of May, but will be gone a good part of the summer (back and forth basically) and I'll need someone to look in on my cats a couple times a week. Any recommendations? Either post here or send me a P.M. Thanks! :hi:

1. Pampered Pets
We've used Pampered Pets in the Henderson area for dogs... 3 visits a day... when we needed someone. They also picked up mail, brought in garbage cans, etc.... real nice couple who run the business.

Welcome to Las Vegas!! Chowder Head !!! Just Teasing Ya. What Part of Town? Being that Las Vegas is so BIG!! A ZIP CODE Could Narrow your search down. From my own experience, if you plan any time of Major Holiday drop offs, Plan a YEAR A HEAD!! REALLY !! NO BS. You are making it here just to catch a little time left of spring before it gets "HOLY SCHNIKES" IT'S HOT! You will love it here. However for me and my family, we are heading back to California. To Palm Springs, Still have Casinos, and Golf Courses, only 290 Miles away, but not LAS VEGAS, but have to make the move for Health Concerns. Give me a ZIP CODE, if you have one and I will help you. Enjoy it, don't get caught up in it!! You a Race fan, Base Ball Fan? Basketball fan? overall Sports Fan?

I will send you tons of links for local sports stuff!! The local Race Track is CLASS A+ They are Rebuilding Las Vegas Motor Speedway, will be ready for the September Truck Race. Higher Banking, Faster Speeds, Loud and Fast and Fun!! The Bull Ring, Almost Every Saturday Night 8 Bucks! Rocks 3/8 Mile Right on top of the Track Almost 100 MPH

4. Thanks for all the great info...
...my move has actually been put off a few months--anyway, I'm looking at what's considered the southwest area. I'll let you know when it's definite. Not many posts at the state forums, so this thread won't die any time soon, even if no one posts for a month or so!!!

5. Pet Sitter, Our Hockey Team
Our Hockey Team the Las Vegas Wranglers, the AA Calgary Flames started the Playoffs at Home, and looked like it was going to end quickly. They lost their first 2 games, then off to Idaho to face the Steel Heads, The Wranglers took Game 3, lost game 4, won Game 5, and then Punished Idaho by scoring 12 goals in the last 2 games to move on to the Western Conference Finals in the Kelly Cup Against the Alaska Aces, in Alaska. The Wranglers Took game 1, lost game 2, and now for the weekend games 3,4, and 5 are here in Las Vegas. The 51's The Los Angeles Dodgers AAA Team are off to the Best Start in their History. Now the San Diego Chargers are going to be with out a Home and Mayor Oscar Goodman, of Las Vegas is after the Chargers. Mayor Goodman, goes after a Homeless professional franchise every time they pop up, but the gambling aspect always becomes an issue. The Red Rock Station Opened Last Week, we haven't gone yet, we will get there before we move to the other desert. The Casino is AWESOME, the Movie Theater is great, from what I have seen on the news. Well, If you have put off your move for a few months, and you are coming in the summer, YIKES ! ! ! Are you doing this move by yourself, ie UHAUL? If so, get a SIRIUS Radio, and good luck, because I have done that before, NO FUN ! ! ! My place has 4 months on the lease left, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage. For the Property I have and the location, and IT IS NOT THE GHETTO ! We pay a VERY Reasonable and Below cost on our lease, if you want more info, I can give you our property manager's info on a private, unless you already have all of that taken care of.
