FINALLY! Corazine fighting back!

Today I finally saw some ads tyeing Forrester to Bush.. This ought to take care of any "slippage" he's been experiencing.

"his millionaire friends" angle that Forrester's people have been using on Corzine.

Maybe they can tie him to DeLay, too?

and what's really great about them is they sound like pro-forrester ads, at first.

over and over: why does bush support forrester? sounding like presidential support, but then it hits in with all the negatives.

Some friends saw them; thought the same. They thought Forrester was bragging about bush support. Then I pointed out the new figure that came out today that says bush only has 32 or 33 approval rating in NJ and ...it dawned on them.

4. Hope so, but...

as good as they are, Forrester's "I'm a Dem voting Republican because I'm sick of the corruption." ads are pretty damn powerful-- best ads I've seen so far. And they don't even mention Corzine, which is the brilliant part. It's gonna be tough for Corzine's people to beat that.

Anyway, Corzine's high numbers dropping is to be expected to some extent. Corzine is, after all, our Senator, and who the hell is Forrester? They're finding out, and the race is on.

I still don't have much fear of Forrester winning, but it might well be closer than we'd like it to be.
