Idelisse said she is really upset about the anti-war protests that have been springing up around the country. There was one last week in Austin, Texas, about 30 minutes from Fort Hood. Watching images of people carrying anti-war signs and criticizing the soldiers was almost too much for Idelisse to bear.

"These servicemen are over there defending our right to freedom," Idelisse said. "People should be supporting them, thanking them for their efforts. Instead, they are criticizing them. I just get so mad when I think about it. There is just no place for this anti-war stuff."
