"Lowy tells the Philadelphia Inquirer that he thought he and McGreevey's representatives had reached a 11th-hour deal, but the next thing he knew the Governor was resigning. Lowy also said that Cipel is not focused on the lawsuit right now and that the statute of limitations for such a suit expires at the end of this month, which is the two-year anniversary of Cipel's departure from the state payroll"
