1. 7:30 for all of NC is the usual - unless the court has ordered the polls to stay open later

because of voting machine glitches - as has happened in other states.

It is POURING rain here in Asheville. We usually do a HUGE amount of voting before election day, so I'm hoping this won't hurt us too badly.
