Labor activists will use an initiative or referendum to undo Kasich ban on collective bargaining
They feel that the public favors the labor position and they certainly have enough activists to get signatures for this spring's primary election.

We need a plan B.

Edit to add: Could they really get it on for this May? That seems too quick for the logistics of it. I'm sure they could get the signatures.. but then going through the SOS office to verify... etc... when is the deadline?
