Ohio City/County Jails are overcrowed; forced release of many!

I posted this in GD as it happens all over America. The video story is taken in Ohio, so I shall share it in the Ohio Forum.

Budget cuts in Ohio have caused a calamity called the "revolving door syndrome" for criminals. Our Gov.Taft has put us all at risk. This has also affect the State Prison system too. Budget cuts for half-way houses in the millions of dollars.
