Support Newspaper Strikers

The Action Coalition of Strikers and Supporters, (A.C.O.S.S.), is having a benefit for the Youngstown, Ohio, newspaper strike and a 10 year reunion of the Detroit Newspaper strike/lockout.
It is Saturday July 9th, 2005 at UAW Local 909. The location is on 5587 Stephens Road, (north of 9 Mile Road and west of Mound Road) in Warren, Michigan.
The time is from 5-10 pm, with dinner being served at 6:00 by The Wobbly Kitchen.
The cost is $20 per person with no one being denied admission for inability to pay. Come show your support for the newspaper workers.
A Youngstown striker is scheduled to speak, as well as Mike Zielinski.
There will be music and a chance to socialize with friends, old and new.
The proceeds will benefit the striking Youngstown Newspaper workers.
The tenth anniversary of the Detroit Newspapers Strike/Lockout is a perfect time to show the same solidarity for Youngstown workers that was shown to the Detroit workers.
