1. He's polling 9.9% above DeWine in the latest polls,

which is better than what Sherrod Brown polls. His numbers keep going up...that's great news!

3. What is a "Zogby FunTyme poll" ?

Per your second link?? Please read the DavidNYC comment on 11/7. Is there something amiss with the Zogby polling method cited on Paul Hackett's web page?

5. Is that where people sign up to participate in the poll?

IIRC, one can sign up on the internet, then get periodic polling questions. Not a random sample, in my opinion

I signed up prior to last year's election, at the suggestion of a DU member.

Zogby had my candidate, Kerry, winning the race. Hah!
