An observation in Akron - Akron schools levy loss credited to "low
voter turnout" - at least, in one report quoting (indirectly) two administrators.

Yet, when "low voter turnout" happens, dems are usually the losers, right?

Except that the city council seats in Akron were all won by Dems, and two of three Repuke incumbent judges were ousted. A Repuke incumbent clerk of Courts retained his seat though.
