BPA Savings to Pay Down Debt???

I don't fucking think so. This is public power that works, and because it works, Bush wants to use any surplus to pay down the federal debt from all his billionaire give-aways. Walden is already against it, we need to get Smith against it too. What a crock, no friggin' way.
