1. Well .... This is the FIRST shot across the bow for March ...
Giving us a 'whiff of the grape' for next weekend ... and not a moment too soon ...

I am game for nearly any location: others will chime in soon, so let's see where it goes ...

Is Kennedy School on the eastside ?

3. Good idea....
I was thinking the Lucky Lab in Hawthorne, but Kennedy School is very cool.

Chime in Everybody!

4. Luck Lab's easier on the tri-met folks
Kennedy school's a cool enough place- just not very accessible.

6. Viva and others, my hubby and I won't be able to make it on 03/04 --
We're taking care of our grandkids that weekend. Have to give my daughter and her husband a "parental break" for their sanity!

Raise a glass or two in honor (or in protest) for us! Maybe April will be a better month.

Peace, love and happiness,

16. See retraction. The GD parents will take their GD kids back in the AM!
Here, GD has another special meaning, and it's not General Discussion.

See ya there! Looking forward to it...

7. Even though I'm in Hillsboro, I prefer SE locations
The flat, gridlike layout of SE makes it "user friendly". Kennedy School is fine by me, although the food there is dangerously good.

8. I might be able to attend a meet-up in SE, NE or downtown
this month. No promises yet, but things are looking open for me at least until the 20th. Something easily accessible via the max or the bus in se, ne, or downtown would be cool for me.

20. We'll give you a raincheck! BTW, hope you're surviving in Portland.
We were lucky to get three weeks in Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas. Dry as a bone there. In fact, Flagstaff, AZ experienced the driest period in weather history from October 2005 to February 2006. It was so sunny there and it got up to 86 degrees one day!

Enjoy your Saturday with your friend.

In peace,

Radio_Lady in Beaverton

It is refreshing and encouraging to have events like this. It gives me the strength I need to keep pushing forward challenging the powers that be. Hope to see you all at the protest on the 29th. :toast: :yourock:
