Thank you everyone for a wonderful weekend in Washington County. We
are extremely appreciative of your support and enthusiasm and hope
that you are ready for a very exciting week in Beaverton:

OBAMA BEAVERTON HEADQUARTERS: 9am-9pm EVERYDAY! (Beginning 04/02)
8126 Beaverton/Hillsdale Highway
(right next to the Raleigh Hills Zupan's and East of Jesuit High
School)

* Before you read this wonderfully long list of events, please note
that we need volunteers at all hours of every day to help with; phone
calls, registration drives, office managing and coordinating our
neighborhood teams! Beginning Wednesday we will be open from 9am-9pm,
so even if you only have a few hours, please come stop in. Every
extra hour dedicated to Barack can really make a difference!*

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2nd:
9am-9pm - we will begin today being open all day long for 12 hours a
day from April 2nd-May 20th. We can use your help at any hour, any
day of the week. There are many things for volunteers to help with;
including making phone calls, coordinating volunteers and helping
manage the office. If there are specific times that are best for you,
that you can commit to - please email me or come by the office to
sign up. We would like to begin creating a schedule. Otherwise,
please just come in as soon as you can!

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2nd:
4pm-9pm - SIGN MAKING PARTY! Our headquarters needs to look
beautiful! Please bring children, sign materials and yourselves and
help us create rally signs and office signs.

THURSDAY, APRIL 3rd:
4pm-9pm - PHONE BANK KICKOFF! We need as many phone callers as we can
possibly get to help us call potential volunteers and potential Obama
supporters for upcoming events - to ensure that they are registered
to vote! Please bring yourself and a cell phone if you have one. (we
have phones that you can use as well)

FRIDAY, APRIL 4th:
4pm-9pm - FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS! Lets Get Out the
Youth Vote! We are encouraging all high-schoolers, middle-schoolers
and any student to come to a pizza party/phone bank. This will be a
great opportunity to meet and organize with Obama high school
supporters from all across Washington county! Please bring friends
and cell phones.

SATURDAY, APRIL 5th
10am - GRAND OPENING CEREMONY!
ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING – come and hear our detailed field
strategy
11am - CANVASS YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND TALK TO VOTERS OR REGISTER
VOTERS AT
LOCAL EVENTS (or make phone calls)
5pm - POTLUCK DINNER (come celebrate our headquarters opening and a
long day of canvassing with hot chocolate, tea and potluck dinner)
