So much for Corbett pretending to be a moderate. Man the barricades.

1. Corbett's on this but NOT ON the antitrust suit against ES&S taking over the voting machine market..
Edited on Tue Mar-23-10 08:59 AM by demodonkey

...apparently Corbett's not concerned at all that that ES&S bought up Diebold, giving one privately-held company about 80% of the market to control our elections.

But he sure as hell wants to spend PA's limited taxpayer dollars to fight sick people getting even a crumb of healthcare.

4. One legislator is trying to cut off the lawsuit by cutting the purse strings.
"Dwight Evans, the chairman of the Pennsylvania House Appropriations Committee, is threatening to cut the Legislature's appropriation to the office of state Attorney General Tom Corbett.

Mr. Evans, a Philadelphia Democrat, is peeved that Mr. Corbett, a Shaler Republican seeking the GOP's gubernatorial nomination, joined attorneys general of more than a dozen states to challenge the constitutionality of ObamaCare.

"It's a political stunt," Evans told me in a telephone call. "

Unfortunately, this article was from the far-right Tribune-Review which called Evans' attempt "loony".
