Very Good Article About Gas Industry Regs. in Delaware River Basin (Inquirer)

Very well written article in today's Phila. Inquirer about gas industry regulations in the Delaware River basin. This involves the water supply for 14 million people. The Del. River Basin Commission is proposing environmental regulations that are much more carefully written and extensive than the regulations that apply in the rest of Pa. The Corbett administration is not amused.
