"I felt I was clear about what I was trying to get across," he said. "I believe those who misconstrued the artwork didn't take the time to really read into it."
Jeffrey Eden, a 17-year-old high schools student, won an award for this, and an "A" for the project.
Now, I have the privilege of knowing the creator of this work and knowing that he needs police escorts and guards because of death threats from angry republicans. (Before you ask, no, I am not Jeffery Eden.)
Does anyone remember before the war how the president and his followers crowed on about how Saddam Hussein had people threatened with death when they spoke against the government?
The only people I have seen talking about this are the right-wing blogs and, of course, Free Republic.
Please keep the endangered activists in your thoughts.
