In case you were not aware of this group.....

"A blog keeping an eye on Republican S.D. U.S. Senator John Thune and South Dakota politics"

"Thune Watch," and its sister blog, Rounds Watchare policy and fact-based blogs keeping an eye on Republicans Gov. Mike Rounds and U.S. Sen. John Thune. It is edited by Todd Epp, a Democratic and progressive activist from Harrisburg, SD.

2. Huh? Blog
So what does this blog do?

"Expose" Thune?

What about building SD Dems instead?

Building is greater.

Anyone from any party can attack.

Building means people are involved in having Democrats doing something, not carping about perceived flaws in X or Y or Z.

3. Building the SD Democratic Party
Besides keeping an eye on Thune, I am also involved with Grassroot Democrats here in Sioux Falls. We are working on a number of projects, from monitoring politicians to getting people plugged into the state and local parties to registration efforts to just having fun. Our website is http://www.grassrootdems.org and we would love having any local Democrats who are interested involved in our efforts.
