Building is greater.

Anyone from any party can attack.

Building means people are involved in having Democrats doing something, not carping about perceived flaws in X or Y or Z.

Besides keeping an eye on Thune, I am also involved with Grassroot Democrats here in Sioux Falls. We are working on a number of projects, from monitoring politicians to getting people plugged into the state and local parties to registration efforts to just having fun.
