How would I contact the Pennington County (Rapid City) Bar Association?

I'm in Ohio, but I've vacationed in the Black Hills for over thirty years (I lived in Aberdeen as a child). I was recently laid off from my paralegal position, and I would like to explore job opportunities in the Rapid City area.

I have a B.A. in history and sociology, a paralegal certificate, and many years of experience. I'm also familiar with American Indian law and legal concerns, particularly as they relate to the Lakota and Dakota Sioux tribe that is concentrated in that area, as well as Sioux culture and history; if possible, I'd like to work for a law firm or agency (Black Hills Legal Services, or Dakota Plains Legal Services, maybe?) that assists them with their legal needs.

I'd like to post my resume with the Pennington County Bar Association. Does anyone have the contact info for them so I can find out how to go about posting my resume with them and exploring current job vacancies? I'd certainly appreciate any help, thanks!

to see if they have a site? There are bar association world over many well indexed. Or if not surely there is an address to find and send to them your resume.
