Any recent poll numbers on the Senate race?
Last I heard Corker was behind but this was a while back. I was wondering if there was anything new.

1. well...
The stuff I've been hearing does put Corker near the rear. The repubs don't like that he is getiing Democratic contribuntions. For the repubs, it's something like Bryant, Hilleary, Corker, Harwell.

Ford, Jr. looks to be ahead of Kurita, darn it. I met her the other day....she seems like a great lady. Hope she gets it! Keep your fingers crossed!!!!

2. I'm really liking Kurita

I think Corker is friends with democrats. I've read he's friends with Bredesen and they're talking about how he (Corker) had a fundraiser and took money from democrats. What, democrats can't support him? It's none of my business who someone wants to support personally. I just hope Kurita ends up winning. I don't want Ford representing me. Is Hilleary not running against Bredesen for governor? Anybody running against him? I've looked but haven't seen anything. I read an interview from 2002 that said Hillarey would run against Bredesen again.
Do you know how far ahead Ford is ahead of Kurita? I wish she could campaign around more.

3. While it may be none of my business who supports who with
campaign finances, I would like to know who these dems are who are supporting Corker. Are they actual dems or the Curtis Adams and Zell Miller kind?

Please don't forget that Corker had at least 2 huge fundraisers for Bush**/Darth Cheney. Why would any dem support the candidacy of someone who helped to get us saddled with the worst excuse for a pResident ever?

4. I saw a poll
From a couple months ago, one poll showed Hilleary and Harold Ford at 30-30, and another showed one Republican beating Ford 32-29, with numbers that low a poll is pretty much useless

5. Who knows
 I know he's claimed to be friends with Bredesen and has called Frist a "cat killer" but I don't know myself. I've just heard rumors from rightwing blogs that Corker had a fundraiser once and democrats were there and gave him money. I don't think Bredesen has done anything for him though.
