Saw a FRED Thompson 2008 bumper sticker yesterday
in Dickson TN. Guess it was just a matter of time b/4 they really pushed the envelope on that one.
Especially after the lame performances by the current Repug candidates in their "debate".

DUer's how soon before he announces he's running?

1. Yup, looks like the "FredHeads" are "On The March"

I've started to see them (the bumper stickers) popping up here and there.

There's even a whole buttload of websites already out there, e.g., <http://fred08.com>, <http://fred2008.org>. Do a Google search for "Fred Thompson 2008" and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I guess it's not that surprising. When it comes to his positions, Fred Thompson is pretty much the average wingnut's wet dream.

2. Welcome to DU!
:hi:

Yea, he can ACT like he cares about the little guy. When he ran for Senate here, he road across the state in a pick-up truck! Doubt that's his ride now in LA!

3. I saw one in Nashville Sat.
I was there for a training meeting and one of the guys in the training session had one on the back of his truck. Before I saw him getting out his truck, I'd already noticed that he was one of the few who was really getting on my nerves!

Whether or when he announces, I don't have a clue. I keep seeing post Labor Day being tossed around. :hi:

I see there's also a fredheadstennessee.org

The page looks a lot like fredheadsusa.org

5. In a way, it's good, because you know someone is a complete idiot immediately
and don't have to go waste any further time finding that out.
