Heard a rumor that the Texas State Bar considering censuring John O'Neill

Has anyone else heard this?

What does the Bar have to say on this subject?

1. DU had some links to file complaints against O'neill

I remember seeing some links for members to file complaints against O'Neill. I doubt that the State Bar will do anything. The bar has been trying to disbar one plaintiff's attorney that I know for over 10 years and have failed on three occassions.

I also know that there is a complaint filed against Al Gonzales. Again, I doubt that anything will come of this complaint.

I still hope that Senator Kerry sues O'Neill and the Swift boat liars one of these days.
