Balance the budget on the backs of the poor. Suck up every last single nickle and dime you can from the middle class and the poor. And then send it up the chain to the rich and mega corporations. That and of course, destroying the public education system. The last thing they want is an educated electorate.

"Screw the poor, they don't vote for us anyway."
