That was my major, too. I'll bet she's considerably more literate than her dad.

3. That's not saying much.
My 5 year old son is more literate than her dad.

On a related note: I hope no one is planning to do something stupid like protest at the graduation. Bushco would use it against all Democrats even if it was a lone nut.

Now, if someone were to sneak into the graduation party afterwords with a camera...

4. I Also Hope That There Are No Protests
I speak as a Texas-Ex and a parent. Just leave politics aside for a day. Graduation at Texas is such a special event. I certainly don't agree with the Bush family on politics. But let them enjoy the Tower bathed in orange. Let them enjoy the singing of the "The Eyes of Texas." Let them enjoy the special honor of becoming a Texas-Ex.

6. Must agree
Leave politics alone for a day. Graduation should be about celebration, not the state of the nation.

10. Then why did I have to endure big daddy bush's politicing at my
daughter's graduation at A&M? And only be able to invite 4 guests and have to go through metal detectors to get in and have to endure mile and miles of boring repukes speeches, including Gramm? A day of joy was taken away from me and mine. There was not one speech that had anything to do with graduation and the future, etc. The parents at UT are probably very glad baby bushie did not come. I would joyfully have protested his horrible, horrible ruination of our country and HE and his politics would have been the reason it happened, not the Democrats or some nutcase.

5. The Simple Life 3
I would enjoy seeing the two girls enjoying a little Simple Life.

Perhaps they can work as wedding planners in the Middle East?

8. They may graduate
But wont have a job when they get out.

Of course flipping burgers might be just what their daddy had in mind for them.

9. They've got jobs...
they're working for Daddy's campaign.

And if he wins, they'll get nice government jobs. Or jobs from lobbyists who want things from the government.

Chips off the old block.
