What's the likelihood if Tom Delay is forced to resign
That the redistricting will be able to be overturned?

1. Not any time soon--
Even national change doesn't equal Texas change.

3. The current districts are under review by the same
three-judge panel which established them for 2002 when the Lege couldn't agree in 2001.

Whether the districts change (or not) won't have anything to do with Tom DeLay at this point.

And if they uphold them as currently drawn they won't be reviewed until after the Census in 2010.

5. *Officially* it won't have anything to do with DeLay
but after his mouthing off about judges. If some of them take it personally, well...................their only human, right? After all, Tommy strutted out to the cameras to tell them they weren't god.....he is.
