I voted for Hardberger yesterday to get Schubert out of the race. I honestly have no good feelings about either of these guys. I think Hardberger is a sock puppet of the powerful, and I think Castro is way out of his league after watching what is now a pattern of supporting something, putting his finger to the wind, and then opposing it (PGA, city manager). I think Hardberger will make bad decisions, while Castro will screw up royally.
So while I hold my nose, who do I vote for?
At least Art Hall won outright. And Helotes looks like the anti-Wal Mart candidate (who I know personally) pulled out a one-vote victory over the incumbent.
