Lyn and I decided to make a road trip this weekend, and GOPisevil volunteered to be our tour guide. Then on Sunday, we'll be swingin' through Austin for the Chris Bell :loveya: campaign kickoff.

we were there a couple of years ago and my Wife saw Elvis. He was out of uniform, but it was definitely Him.

Mary is sitting here right now contemplating her leg.

The swelling comes and goes and now I see my ankle is bruised, along with about 4 inches up toward my calf. Maybe it was before, but was so swollen, I couldn't tell, til the skin started shrinking together.

I'm really, really wondering how smart it is to ride that bus and then stand around the mall (assuming I can still stand by then) and then back to the bus. It will be a ten hour day and I'm afraid what healing I've done in the past week, may end up back at square one.

It's not like I won't be seeing Chris Monday and Wednesday, too. But I REALLY want to be there for the BIG announcement. You know they have over 400 signed on for the buses from Houston?
