I just didn't want to get my cutesy little sandals soaking wet. :) That's pretty much what it's like in Dallas too - hot, muggy and a lotta rain.

2. All of Texas is muggy

At least the rain chances are low. Coming of a week of almost a daily deluge in Austin, I'll take sun, heat and sweat. Besides we'll be inside most of the time and I hate carrying an umbrella.
