Dr. Jeffrey Feldman is the founder of Frameshop, an author, and a teacher at New York University. Feldman's groundbreaking work in the practice of framing focuses on the ways media and communication influence people's lives, values and politics.
This training will provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to utilize framing as an effective tool in developing campaign messages, dialoging with voters, and utilizing framed messaging to direct media focus.

Agenda:
-Theory and principles of "Framing"
-Presentation of three (3) principle issues for North Texas
-Principles of "The elevator speech"
-Working lunch ** Developing Texas specific elevator speeches
-Refining and Framing of Texas elevator speeches
-Question & answer w/ Dr. Feldman

**A series of elevator speeches will be developed in small groups over a working lunch. Boxed lunches are available for pre-purchase, or you may bring your own.
