Texas DUers, I seek your counsel ...

I have already started thinking about what I should do when I get to 1000 - I will probably be back in Texas by then. Now you might think that it is a little early to be thinkin about 1000 when I'm only at 461, but I feel that my 1000th post should be on some really important topic which will forevermore inform the discussion on and direction of these boards.

However, I am having trouble deciding on a topic that is momentous enough for this milestone. Your suggestions will be appreciated.

So far I have narrowed it down to the following (not necessarily in this order):

1. Chicken Fried Steak
2. Bluebonnets
3. Barbecue

Whad'ya think?

1. You could add

a Hundred Uses for Bushel Baskets. One use is to put it over ones head to not be able to see what is going on.
