Need Austin/Hill Country social worker-type!
One of our fellow Texas DU-ers needs some advice from someone who knows the ins and outs of mental illness, financial distress, and uninsured immediate medical problems. If you are such a person, could you please, please, raise your hand? If you even know where to find such crisis help, give a holler.

I'd be more specific, but it's not my problem, so I don't know it in detail. But I know when a person is hurting.

1. Call Austin Travis County MHMR
447-4141. I work in the legal department, but I know that we have good resources and we can direct your friend if we can't help.
I hope your friend gets the help he/she needs.
