Prosecutor subpoenas MoveOn.org director; judges' political contributions
WASHINGTON — A Texas prosecutor has subpoenaed the head of the liberal activist group MoveOn.org and records of political contributions from mostly Republican state judges in anticipation of a hearing Tuesday to decide who should preside over Rep. Tom DeLay's criminal case.

Earle also sought to arm himself with records from the Texas Ethics Commission related to financial contributions made from 2000 to 2005 by nine judges in Tarrant County, 17 in Dallas County and five in Travis County.

Ronnie strikes back.

2. Earle is just playing good prosecutor
Trying to make the case that the defendant doesn't get to choose a judge from his political party. We elect our judges in Texas, so both sides will have made contributions to their state and national parties. So what? DeLay doesn't get a venue change just because the current judge assigned to him is a Democrat.

Their playing partisan politics.
That's part of their battle cry.
You would think that we would get sick of it.
The way they lie and lie.

No they haven't learned any lessons.
Still behave the same old way.
I guess we should count our blessin's
We're taking back our country without DeLay!

Thank you, Thank you very much,
