Please consider distributing to your state candidates.
I have been a consumer activist for new homebuyers for almost 10 years. I compiled a history of the Texas Residential Construction Commission, a front for the home building industry created by homebuilder Bob Perry, for any candidate who needs to get up to speed on the issue. (or for any consumer)

If you would, please offer this to your candidates.

2. Thank you John
I've saved it and give it to our TX House Reps and TX Senate candidates in this area. Good history.

TRCC- Trick! No kidding.

4. Not just candidates, but anyone thinking of buying a new home
Lots of good information there. This is something that should get into the hands of everyone walking into a Perry showroom. I know a realtor who said new homes are really shoddy these days. Is it any wonder they want to self-police and protect themselves? What ever happened to pride of craftsmanship?
