Voting in DeLay's district

I live in Tom DeLay's district - in a heavy Republican area - and there really is hardly anything more fun than marching up to the table to show your voter registration card and having them ask, "are you voting in the democratic or republican primary" and saying very brightly to the nicely coiffed ladies at the table, "democratic!!" Those poor people just practically turn white as a ghost and look at you like you are from Mars. They do their best to gather their wits and show you how to sign your name on the paper and use that bizarre electronic voting machine thing, but they really are not very happy.

But, oh, what a happy morning I had today!

I should say that I loved voting in Nick Lampson's congressional district today. :)

They are just dying watching us gain momentum while they have to back the corrupt bastard.

Seeing these reliably republican districts turning blue. haha! See ya Lamar! See ya Tom!
