DeLay Expects charges to be dropped after election

From the chron - http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/metropolitan/3739617.html

<snip>AUSTIN - U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay said Tuesday the Travis County district attorney is just playing politics by prolonging his criminal case and will drop the "bogus" charges after the fall election.

An appellate court panel today is hearing the prosecutor's motions to overturn a lower court's decision to drop some of the charges.

"Unfortunately, Ronnie Earle is trying to drag this out over a period of time," DeLay said. "In fact, I imagine he's trying to drag this out past the November elections and then drop the charges like he did before."</snip>

4. My prediction:
If the case is thrown out or Delay is aquitted before the election, Delay will be reelected. If the charges are still pending, Delay will lose.

7. has anyone asked IRS to investigate this crook?
I mean really, besides this money laundering and the wether conspiracy was criminal at the time, we need to address all the truly criminal things he has done that have not been punished for, like promoting poor labor in Mariana Islands and forcing me to have a repuke Representative from f*ing San Antonio whearas I live in Austin.

:puke:
