Suit filed in District Court for election fraud in Red River County

Just some background...
This county will not elect a Republican Sheriff, so it is customary for them to run as Democrats.
We have had one election that produced a runoff, and the runoff was full of election violations.

The petition cites the final canvass of the April 11 Democratic Primary runoff election as not a true outcome and seeks to have the election voided because "illegal votes were counted; or an election officer or other person officially involved in administration of the election engaged in other fraud or illegal conduct, or made a mistake."
