Dude, I heard you speak in person before you announced. I was impressed that you were so funny along with having some sound ideas.

I, along with other Democrats (who have described you as coming across "so milquetoast), would like to see you fire it up.

You are every bit as witty as Richard, and you need to let it rip. Not only that, you have proven strength and resolve. SHOW IT!

Please do not fall prey to being too careful. I want to see the Chris Bell I saw before you announced. You are not coming across that way in the interviews I've heard.

If Al Gore in 2000 had been the Al Gore I met in 2005, Dimson wouldn't have had a chance.

Look at Perry--he's shifty-eyed, with a pallor and three-day growth of stubble, like he just crawled out from under a dirty rock where drinks & drugs were being served.

He says "Adios, MoFo"--at a CHURCH, no less--but the Republicans just luuuuuuv Rick Perry!

But us Democrats--a rational, well-spoken, self-deprecating former member of Congress who dragged Tom DeLay out into the light isn't good enough for us? We won't vote for someone unless he can "fire it up?"

Having not heard Bell early, I thought maybe he was just a bland DINO-eque (can't wait to work with R's) kind of guy.
