Tom DeLay is a birther (surprise, surprise)
Talking points Memo 8/19/09
Dancin' Tom DeLay Goes All Birthers, Guns and Pumps on Hardball
(snip)
DeLay also proudly displayed his birther cred.

"I would like the president to produce his birth certificate," DeLay said. "I can do it, most illegal aliens can do it. Why can't the president of the United States produce his birth certificate?"

"Would you ask the president to show me his gift certificate -- uh -- birth certificate?" DeLay asked. Matthews declined.

What a moran! :puke:

1. It's just a damn game to DeLay
He was one of the first to start calling the democratic party the "democrat" party. We should just call them the post-modernist party.

2. Welcome to Texas DU BenjaminFranklin!
:hi:

DeLay is and always has been pond scum. I am still waiting for the day that he or Karl Rove serve time in jail.

6. True and/or - a "twofer" would be good
By the way I just read on TPM that DeLay is a liar or rather that he's been caught lying again. :eyes:

TPM 8/20/09
Does DeLay's Angry Quadriplegic Town Hall Protesters Tale Add Up?
(snip)
"Groups of protesters, most of them in wheelchairs, barricaded two local political offices Tuesday to demand changes in the way disabled people receive care in America. ... A second group of about 150 ADAPT supporters blockaded and occupied U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay's office in Sugar Land , until DeLay agreed to meet with them. "

And continues:

"Tuesday's protesters narrowly escaped arrest by Stafford police when DeLay, who is in Washington, D.C., agreed to meet with them next month."

Huh. And here, again, is what DeLay told Chris Matthews:

"When I did my town hall meetings, I'll never forget one back in the '80s -- on health care, by the way. They brought in quadriplegics on gurneys and dumped them on the floor in front of my podium."

3. Was DeLay born
or was there some kind of spontaneous generation in a vat of toxic chemicals?

4. Funny thing
yesterday I was given a couple of birth certificates to look over. Official ones from the state BVS. Guess what? No mention of the doctor or hospital where the baby was delivered! OMG!
