Man it feels good to be back in Austin!
I moved to Waco with my better half and have moved back under some sadcircumstances but am glad to in A-town !I I tried to look at my time in Waco as a social anthropologist doing empirical research! Waco has made appreciate Austin so much more . It is sad that most cities don't have cool parks and green areas not to mention alternative book/music stores and a good veggie burger. Sad thing is that most of my friends have moved on to the West or East coast :(

ps Does anyone know of a good place to start the job hunting?

2. Welcome back!
You can make more friends in Austin. We got thousands of good people here.

:hi:

You probably already know the job hunting routine. Try asking your friends if they are hiring where they work. Try Craiglist and The Austin Chronicle Job Listings.

The Statesman has database of companies that have expanded this year, so you might want to look for those that also have ads. Central Texas company database

Good luck! Hope you find something you like and soon!

Sonia
