Perry YouTube channel shut down

Team Perry has to relocate its videos, Obama visits Stewart for 30 minutes and Chavez-Thompson says the governor has no brain.

The Perry campaign’s LiberalBillWhite YouTube channel was shut down Wednesday night. It had been home to a number of television ads and Web videos poking fun at Democratic gubernatorial challenger Bill White, including some spoofs on “Seinfeld” and other shows.

“LiberalBillWhite has been terminated because we received multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted,” read a message posted on the page by YouTube.

“Apparently some of the comedy shows didn’t like our use of their comedy,” Miner said.

One of Perry's YouTube channels was shut down for copyright infringement.

Late Wednesday night, videos normally found on the "Liberal Bill" YouTube channel were not working. When users tried to click on the videos, a message popped up saying, "This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated due to multiple third-party notifications of copyright infringement."

Mark Miner, the Perry campaign's spokesman, confirmed that the "Liberal Bill" channel on YouTube was flagged and terminated because of copyright infringement.
