He said on the news that he owned to his supporters. He's setting up his transition team just in case he's the winner. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

...will he really dig into the recount and look at the Roanoke irregularities seriously? He is a prosecutor after all. This sort of thing should be right up his alley.
