Where does one find information on law covering workers's rights and the hiring of 'temporary' workers?

1. I worked for VA DOLI

The best thing to do is to call VA Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI). They can give you all the information you need. If you live in suburban No. VA call (703) 392-0900. I don't know the rest of the rest of the offices in the state numbers. Also, you can post here, or write directly to me on employee health and safety issues. I now work in WI as an OSHA compliance officer.

On other than health and safety issues, I can give some help, and can refer you to the right people when I get in over my head.
