DU Meetup March 16, evening. A meet and greet for one or two out-of-town DU'ers

SharonRB - and quite possibly livvy - will be attending the Take Back America conference in March. They will be staying with us at our house in Rockville (MD). I don't know about you but it sounds like a good excuse for a meetup to me!

If you're interested, please let me know. We can have it here at our house or we can meet at a local hang-out (which you guys will have to suggest since I don't know where they are). Let me know what you think and where you want to meet. If we decide to meet at our house I'll PM the pertinent information to those who want to attend.

btw, the TBA conference runs from March 17 through 19 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel (2500 Calvert St.). I'll be attending too. If you'd like to meet somewhere nearby on the 17th or 18th I'm sure we'd all be up for it.

A local meetup sounds fun - but why is a Marylander posting this instead of a Virginian? Where are all the Virginians? I keep hearing there are a lot of very active Virginians but they seem to be hiding behind closed doors as though they are afraid someone might 'out' them as liberals.
