That looks exactly like the tabulator code-flip results in Ohio in '04.

Look, I know I'm not gonna make any friends by saying this, but before the election I watched that interview with the Diebold whistleblower who said that the Diebold machines are so vulnerable and hackable that it was really a question of which foreign nation wanted to steal it the most.

So, do we have any Henrico readers who can tell me more about the campaign there?
